We supply all sites with sFTP and database access capabilities. You will receive the details in the mail when the site is delivered.

In all Shared packages you have standard access to phpMyAdmin. You can find the link to the phpMyAdmin via admin.savvii.com, in the 'Access' tab. Do you have a VPS? Then we prefer to keep as many resources as possible free for your site. Because phpMyAdmin requires a lot of resources, it is preferable to connect to a MySQL client via port 3306. We can whitelist your IP address. Please contact the support desk for more information. Do you prefer phpMyAdmin on your VPS? Please also contact support.

Resetting sFTPredentials

Log in to admin.savvii.com. Click on sites or packages on the site for which you want to reset the data. In the tab 'Access' you can see the data you need to log in via sFTP. You can also reset the sFTP password using the 'Reset password' button.

Finding database credentials

You can find the database user and hostname via admin.savvii.com. You can find the password by viewing the file  wp-config.php via sFTP. This file can be found in the wordpress/current/ folder. Behind the variable DB_password is the password for the database.
